We ask that if you are feeling any symptoms of sickness that you please reschedule your appointment. There is no charge up to 4 hours before the appointment!
If you are more than 15 minutes late we must reschedule your appointment unless other arrangements are made. This is because we are only able to take 1-2 pets per day. After 15 minutes there is a 100% grooming change which will be applied to your next appointment.
Late fees for etransfers / non-payments
Please note that due to the trust involved with etransfers we must insist on being paid within 48 hours. After 48 hours a fee of $10 per additional 24 hours will be applied to your outstanding bill. Please call us if your bank isn't allowing etransfers or you are having issues. We will text to remind you after 24 and 48 hours for payment.
